Our worship seeks to create thresholds for people to honestly encounter GOD; to reveal the subtle or luminous activity of GOD in the world; to tell stories of restoration; to give space for doubts, frustrations, and questions; to embrace Mystery and carry it with us throughout the week; to be formed in the deep places into the likeness of Christ.
You might find some things you recognize: congregational singing, responsive prayers, scripture reading. But you might also find some things you aren’t used to: stations for meditation or response, liturgical jazz and improvisation, poetry, dialogue.
